Mentoring Cell
The Mentoring Cell is an institutional initiative designed to provide guidance, support, and motivation to students through structured mentorship. The primary objective of the cell is to foster holistic development by addressing academic, emotional, and career-related concerns. Each student is assigned a mentor—typically a faculty member—who serves as a consistent point of contact and support throughout the academic year. Mentors assist students in setting goals, improving academic performance, managing stress, and making informed decisions about their personal and professional lives. The Mentoring Cell also organizes workshops, peer mentoring sessions, and expert talks to enhance interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership qualities.Through regular one-on-one interactions and feedback mechanisms, the Mentoring Cell promotes a culture of trust, empathy, and mutual growth, thereby contributing to a student-friendly and inclusive campus environment.
