The Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee at Christ College of Science and Management, Alambady, is a statutory body established to uphold the dignity and rights of every individual on campus by preventing and addressing sexual harassment in all forms. Guided by the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, and UGC directives, the committee is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful academic environment.The committee plays a proactive role in spreading awareness, conducting sensitization programs, and implementing preventive measures. It ensures that all complaints are handled confidentially, fairly, and without fear of retaliation.
