CHRIST CENTRE FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (CCTD)
Christ Centre for Training and Development
The Christ Centre for Training and Development (CCTD) was established to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world expectations by enhancing students’ readiness for placements and higher studies. In response to the growing need for continuous skill development in a competitive global environment, the Centre equips students with essential competencies to support both academic and professional growth. Aligned with the institution’s vision of holistic education, CCTD fosters confidence, clarity, and capability among learners.Throughout the academic year, the Centre conducts a range of impactful initiatives, including workshops, expert talks, webinars, and activity-based sessions. These programs are designed to develop key skills such as communication, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Beyond student development, CCTD contributes to institutional advancement through initiatives like introducing a standardized presentation template for faculty and students, promoting consistency and professionalism in academic communication. The Centre also plays an active role in disseminating knowledge to various stakeholders, encouraging a culture of lifelong learning and academic engagement.Through its focused and strategic approach, the Christ Centre for Training and Development remains a vital academic support system, shaping future-ready individuals and upholding the institution’s commitment to excellence in education and holistic development.
