An expert in X-ray crystallography, density functional theory (DFT), semiconductors, photocatalysis, and biophysics, she has made significant contributions to these fields. With 13 international publications in Scopus and Web of Science journals, her research has gained global recognition. Dr. Rajalakshmi earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Physics, followed by a Ph.D., all from Madurai Kamaraj University. She is passionate about advancing scientific knowledge and fostering a love for physics among her students.

Dr. R. Shenbagavalli, M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D., B.Ed., PGDCA., D.Co.op., is an Assistant Professor, Department of Science at Christ College of Science and Management holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Periyar University with research expertise in Soft Fuzzy Sets and Neutrosophic Fuzzy Models applied to multi-attribute group decision-making problems. With over 16 years of teaching experience. Her academic journey includes M.Phil., M.Sc., B.Ed., and diplomas in computer applications and co-operation. She has published numerous research articles in national and international journals, and has presented in several conferences across India. She is also a patent holder, recognized for her work on innovative strategies in mathematics education. Beyond academics, she contributes actively to institutional growth and research initiatives, reflecting her dedication to academic growth and innovation. Her passion lies in fostering analytical thinking and empowering students through mathematical learning.

Dr. Alan B. Samuel, M.Sc., Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Physics at Christ College of Science and Management, Malur. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Pondicherry Central University, where his research focused on glasses and glass nanocomposites, plasmonics, nonlinear optics, and their applications in white light-emitting diodes (LEDs). With a strong academic and research background, he adopts a student-centric and concept-driven approach to teaching, aiming to inspire scientific curiosity and critical thinking. Dr. Samuel’s expertise lies in the fields of condensed matter physics and optical materials.
